I ordered an AKAI TV from HSN with the promise of a $100 rebate. When the TV got here, there was no receipt, nothing I could use to get my rebate. I had to downlaod a receipt from the internet and send for the rebate. When I tried to download the rebate form, the only one up there was for the following month so I used that one...even though everything was exactly the same. They refused my rebate, saying that I did not use the correct form. I will not be an AKAI TV again, as I notified them and they just said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything...that it was between my and the rebate center. What a ripoff. I want you all to know that about AKAI and their rebate policies. They could have done something to ensure that I got my $100 rebate.
