CA DA Seizes NJ Man's Michael Jackson Collection
Published May 03, 2004
Asbury Park N.J. businessman Henry Vaccaro had a nice little hobby. He collected Michael Jackson memorabilia.
It consists of various highly-sought after items. And about a month ago it became even more highly-sought-after, when Santa Barbara's D.A. swooped in to take six items from his collection as evidence.
Unless you've been totally isolated — like on Mars or, even worse, with a show on ABC - — you know that the King of Perps...I mean POP.. is going to go on trial for a host of charges including child molestation. So we really shouldn't have been too surprised when the New York Post reported that last month Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon got a court order to seize some goodies from Vaccaro's priceless selection. According to the Post:
- Two pairs of the self-styled King of Pop's underwear, photos and handwritten notes are among the items they took.......Included in the haul were two pairs of white Calvin Klein briefs believed to contain Jackson's bodily fluids that prosecutors hope will provide a sample of Jackson's DNA.
- Forensic investigators are expected to compare the sample with those found on his mattress and on other items removed from his Neverland Ranch during a raid last Nov. 18. Probers also removed a yellow, undated, handwritten note Jackson allegedly wrote to youngsters visiting in his fantasy-themed compound in which he referred to them as "rubbers." "Dear Rubbers, I had to go. See you later. Love, M.J.," the note read.
Of course, Jackson's friends and family in recent weeks have denied there was anything at all wrong on this latest incident stemming from Jackson's many invitations for young boys to visit for sleepovers at Neverland. They say he is innocent and suggest the charges are motivated by a D.A. vendetta, people who want Jackson's valuable music catalogue, and racism because he is black (I really MUST adjust my TV next time he's on.......)

Jackson's "friends and family" are on his payroll - if you don't think his father thinks he's the biggest flipping freak who ever lived, you are unwise.
you know, the the guy (MJ) nerver grew up in his mind hes still a kid, thats why people can't relate to how he ackes, how could they he was living the life at age 5....and im white and i think hes not guilty, and i don't even like his music,i'm a metal head, but i could relate why he never grew up ,,,
The only way the DA can get a sample of MJ's DNA is by raiding this guy's collection? LOL. I mean, ROFL!
The man is a brilliant musician and turned pop on its ear in its day. He's also a legal adult and in trouble with the law.
One has as little to do with the other as this raid has to do with collecting Jackson's DNA. (What size were those underpants, anyway?)
