Arnold Terminates Toys

Perhaps figuring there are enough flesh-and-blood bobbleheads running in various elections (well, maybe we'd use a different word than "bobble" ) California Governor Arnold Schwarzennegger has moved to terminate a Chicago company's use of his likeness. The HIGHLY popular California governor (we know because we live in his state) is not pleased when someone tries to make money off his likeness, as a beer company found out some months ago.
Actually, a bobblehead is a very fitting doll to depict politicians: it constantly nods its head up and down, just like when politicians talk to fat-cat contributors, lobbyists, and interest groups that promise them cash. (Arnold by the way is proving to be a different kind of governor and we see him destined for great things on a national level...)

We won't see this guy "on a national level" unless he is chosen for a Cabinet position (unlikely).
People born outside the US cannot become President. That's written right there in the Constitution.
Some people are working on changing that, but I doubt they'll be able to, given the inherent difficulty of amending the US Constitution...
