Yesterday, 4/11/04, in a press conference about the Tet Offensive.. um... I mean the Iraqi insurgency, Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt was asked by an Iraqi reporter if he can explain to the Iraqi people how they should deal with the some 600 civilian deaths, many of which have been shown on Al-Jazeera TV:
