<description>I think it it totally cool that this article, titled &quot;History Repeats,&quot; is repeated twice in the Etc. column.  That&#039;s the universe stepping in to provide a little unprovoked humor.

(And this comment will look really pointless when the repeat-post is eventually removed in the future . . . but I just had to do it.)</description>
