Did anyone notice the mistake on the 28 days later umd front cover? It says from the director of transpotting, unless danny boyle directed a film called transpotting i dont know? It would be quite interesting to watch a film about a group of people with note pads and pens looking out for crossed dressed men ha-ha!

Agreed Ms. Tek. Shallow Grave is a fascinating film and gave a hint as to some of the great films to come. 28 Days Later is so different from the rest of his work, and yet it is utterly Danny Boyle. There's a thread that runs through all of his work, and Shallow Grave is a great place to start.....I haven't seen it in several years....

I would have to agree that 28 Days Later was awesome. Then gain, the Irish lead could get me to whip off my pants in 1 second flat. Trainspotting is on my personal top ten list. I still think that Shallow Grave is a really solid movie on all levels and that most people would enjoy it.

Trainspotting is the film that got Danny Boyle recognized. I would also say that is Ewan McGregor's best role so far (he does have a hard time with his Scottish Brogue. Then again, most of the Scots I know cannot keep in accent for long before slipping into Scots or a Scottish Accent). Transpotting is the movie that MADE Danny Boyle. I don't think it diminishes Shallow Grave in any way.

Ms. Tek,

A good film, but not on the level of Trainspotting. This man's greatest work was 28 Days Later. Anyway, a very good film.......But as good as his previous suff? Hmmmmmm, not sure.....
