<description>The more I look at the condition placed on Condoleezza Rice&#039;s testimony, the stranger it seems.  I could understand bargaining to have a single source testify only once.  But, why should Rice&#039;s testimony preclude other members of the administration who know about the plans for the invasion of Iraq from testifying?</description>
