This is a DVD of a live performance by veteran Canuck proggers Saga. Filmed in Bonn, it features 16 tracks and seveal bonus features including detail about the gear used. Only a very confident group such as Saga would play a live gig and not play their most famous track 'On the Loose', even if they did manage to play their second best known tune 'Wind him Up'. Keyboard fans will revel in the 13 different keyboards that adorn the stage, musical techies will enjoy the detailed breakdown of all the kit the band use. But back to the music, Saga produce highly competent but catchy prog rock with definite aplomb. While most might not watch the DVD much, I am sure its contents will get lots of plays. Its a great live gig with a great sound and virtually no fluff. This is a must for prog-rock fans and those who like their rock with a bit of keyboard. For those interested in prog this is a great intro to a very talented band.

Rating: 4.5/5

I forgot about those guys. They were excellent. Another item for the wish list.
