Hahahaha Hetfield is whining eh??? Wat I fuckin hate are music snobs who go on and on and on about selling out and bullshit like that. Get a fuckin life you assholes, if you spent as much time musing on the problems in this fuckin world it would be a much better place. Fact is Metallica are not Rage against the machine, they think they should have a say on were their music goes and to me thats fair enough cause I dont give a shit...............THEREIS MORE TO LIFE THAN GOIN ON AND ON AND ON AND ON ABOUT HAVING TO PAY SOME FUCKIN MONEY FOR A CD!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got our tickets to see Metallica next Sunday at the Key Arena. Any other Seattle-lites going? I haven't seen them since the Ride The Lightning tour when/where they didn't even headline (W.A.S.P did). Wow, that takes me back ...

Most metal dudes are out and out right-wingers. In the Vietnam era, rockers used to be coy about their political orientation, then Zappa gave 'em permission to be open about being Republican property owners. Abbie Hoffman asked: 'Heroes of the people; do they have responsiblities? What are you going to do with your bread, brother rock stars?' Um, that's why The Who knocked him off the stage.

Metallica lost their way with "Load." What an appropriate album title it was. The black album is still a guilty pleasure, I admit. Hetfield whining about how difficult it is to be him reminds me of what sank both "Use Your Illusion" releases. Guns n Roses spend way too much time complaining about how difficult it is to be rock stars.
