Audubon Condominiums Developer Donates To Make-A-Wish Foundation

Here's a snippet from the St. Petersburg Times article that broke the story:

After each closing on the freshly built condos, developer Ceebraid-Signal Corp will write a $150 check to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Sarasota/Tampa Bay. The organization, which fulfills wishes for kids with life-threatening medical conditions, serves Charlotte, De Soto, Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas and Sarasota counties. The donation will total $46,050 when all 307 condos are sold.

I think this is a wonderful way for them to give back to the community and help Tampa Bay area children at the same time. More developers should do what Ceebraid-Signal are doing here.

There are one, two and three bedroom condo units in Audubon. They start at $110,800. According to the Times, 75 have already been sold, so it's still possible for you to own a nice condo in Feather Sound and help needy children all at the same time if you wish to.
