<description>this sounds rather stupid, but without knowing the full details i can&#039;t make a proper comment.
However, it *sounds* like the way around this is, if you need to reproduce any copyrighted databased material for legitimate means, simply reformat the storage and presentation of that data.  If the database is even just reasonably-well designed, it shouldn&#039;t be too arduous a task (and you can say it&#039;s your own work)</description>
