"Paycheck"

"If you can see the future, you have no future." This line from the movie perfectly sums up the twisty, fascinating premise of this very absorbing movie.
I was the only person in the theater. Good thing I wasn't in Communist Russia: they used to wait until every seat was sold before rolling the film. You could wait for hours, and never know when it would begin, or even if it would. Three cheers for the command economy model, R.I.P.
Anyway, back to the movie. It's is so much better than its terrible reviews, I don't know what to say. Did I see the same film as the reviewers who savaged it? I believe Philip K. Dick himself would've like it. John Woo directed, creating his usual mayhem and destruction all over the screen. Great martial arts sequence worked into the plot.
Ben Affleck was perfect is the confused hero, but Uma Thurman as his co-star looked terrible; she's aging very badly. That happens with blondes. Her nose is getting visibly longer, such that she's beginning to resemble a bird of prey.

I'll agree with her aging badly, face wise at least, but that body is still incredible.
She's no longer the ingenue, that's for sure.
i thought the movie sucked badly, because affleck is such a low-talented actor.

Thank god someone else notices it, i saw it in kill bill too.
Reminds me of Carrie Anne Moss in the 2 new Matrix movies, it's like shes aged 15 years between them.
