Seems they have a love-hate relationship with armpits. I think I heard that somewhere. By the way, I can only make disgusting fart sounds with my armpits. The singers perform seated, wearing colorful silk robes, and maintain a somewhat monklike calm even during the most energetic parts of the music. What I like liked best about it was the fact that the songs ended when the singers could no longer resist laughing. I wonder if this is also true of the Tuva singers.
