The reason that they don't let you cancel online is that they want to make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel! I find it infuriating that I cannot cancel online for an online subscription. Instead, I am forced to sit on hold forever only to get someone in India who I cannot understand and who disconnected me. Now, they are closed and I have to do this all over again tomorrow! This was all for a trial period of Big Brother! I'd like to warn anyone out there what a rip off this company is! Be prepared to cancel your credit card because my friend has already called twice to cancel and they charged her for 2 extra months. She is now battling with her credit card. I hope this reaches a few others so that they do not have to go through this. You couldn't pay me to keep their service at this point!
