Although, the Irish were once considered minorities in this country.

<description>My one experience in giving up coffee was actually pretty good.  I started to fall asleep at the same time every night and wake up, early, bright eyed and bushy tailed.  

But, I am back drinking coffee.  The birth of my daughter over a year ago really amped up the amount I drank.  </description>

<description>Funny thing about coffee is I started drinking it to be more awake in the morning but I found when I stopped drinking it and switched to water with lemon and/or lime I became more awake.</description>
