The Isle of Wight Festival 2004 is stacking up to be quite an event. Following the news that both David Bowie and Stereophonics will play, organisers have announced The Who will headline, 34 years after they last played at the rock festival. Ironically the last time the Who played the festival they were banned by organisers after they played non-stop for three hours and then promptly smashed up all the equipment on stage.
