I can't stand to look

Did you ever want to see Tina Fey and Ann Coulter ripping each other's clothes off in a heated catfight?
From the New York Post:
Tina wants to rumble!
While presenting Al Franken with his comedy trophy at yesterday's New York Magazine Awards, Fey lauded the liberal author of "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right" for skewering the likes of Coulter and Bill O'Reilly, adding: "Have you ever seen Ann Coulter in person? It's like seeing a rat. It's like, ewwww!"
Come on, Ann- don't let her get away with that! Show up on her set with a ball bat. Cuss her out. Get in that ass.
I'll bring the popcorn.

I am a big fan of Tina Fey. Whatever her politics, she is intelligent and gorgeous. I love the glasses on Weekend Update.
yea, there was an article in the new yorker about her a while back...the photo killed me.
Al, didn't we agree here that an "obscure jackass" who inappropriately accused people who disagreed with her right-wing political opinions of the capitol offense of treason was unjustifiable?
You said "that doesn't mean that I'm going to twist logic to justify every act by every schmuck who happens to agree with me on the war in Iraq." Does the difference in your decision to defend Ann Coulter but not Misha the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiller rest on Ms. Coulter's not being "obscure"?
When I said "If this clown and his pals manage to really diminish the meaning of 'treason' to be the equivalent of 'dissent', then it will be a blow to the rule of constitutional law" and "certainly those who value freedom should reject [...] trivialization of real treason", I had Ann firmly in mind.
I will defend Ms. Coulter to a significant degree. She pushes her points to the wall. She's got her own special brand of gonzo, and I dig her.
Which is not to say that I agree with every word that comes out of her mouth. She may be somewhat promiscuous with the word "treason," but on a case by case basis, she's got a good point most of the time- even if she sometimes overstates the case. She does NOT use the word to label everyone who disagrees with her- just the ones that deserve it. Usually :)
Misha was a bit over the line- and apologized and removed the offending bits. Bad dog. But he put up someone's personal information that he was mad at, which amounts to personal intimidation- even if he didn't really mean it once he thought about it for a minute. That's just totally not cool.
Ms. Coulter has done nothing similar to that, however.
Still, she's a dirty, no-good whore, and Tina Fey shouldn't let her get away with it. She ought to... well, let me think on the exact parameters of the oughta... :)

Very good books!!
