You must go here to see a clip from the movie Prophecy (1979). Scroll down to where it says, "Videos," and click on prophecy1.mpg. It will take a few to download, but it's worth it. I almost started crying when I saw it. The acting! The special effects! This monster could kill Jason, Freddy and Michael all at the same time. Powerful mutated bear claw strokes can crush anything, man. By the way, doesn't that monster resemble Dharma from "Dharma and Greg?"

Badmovies.org is now my favorite site. It has tons of similar pages for B-movies (mostly horror, science fiction and kung-fu movies) such as C.H.U.D. , which I mentioned in my blog. See the video clip. That chick is tough--she could work in a chicken packaging plant, no problem.

For Kung-fu fans, The Crippled Masters has a great video clip of an inspirational fight scene. So does The Story of Ricky Oh--see the head smashing clip that was shown on the Daily Show when Craig Kilbourne hosted it (the moment of zen). I recently rented The Story of Ricky Oh from Liberty Video in Ann Arbor, and it had some hilarious, cheesy special effects (the head smashing, sticking his whole arm through some guys stomach, etc.), but it had terrible acting.
