Shouty vocals, speed drumming, and crunchy guitars combine for some fun aggro-rock that wavers between punk and thrash metal. This lot of Germans have a infectious brand of rock (no better exemplified than on 'No Matter') that has one wanting to come back for more. From the opening track 'Open End' to 'Deliverence' you get some hard driving stuff. Included is the video for the track 'Open End' as a bonus. Those looking for a benchmark for this lot, Helmet is a good place to start. The band are touring in support of Unsane. There is enough variety in the songs to seperate this lot from the myriad of similar bands that suffer from a one dimensional sound. Yes, it is possible to have aggro with melody, best exemplified on 'Desert of Mistakes.' Good stuff from a great trio. Well worth checking out.

Rating: 4/5
