I know lil about dave or carmen but I seeing the newly weds eposode inspired me to look at lots of pictures that are on the internet of dave. some of them have him kissing guys and hugging them. However, I believe they were members of his group. also I saw a pic of marylin manson biting one of his nipples. and the clothes that he wears like fish net stockings and dresses made me think he was gay but he seems to be masculine when he's with carmen so it's kinda confusing to me. but I think he has stated that he was in touch with both his masculine and feminine side. give me some feed back thanx

I would say he has been free with exploring androgyny in the past but seems to have settled on his masculine side, as did David Bowie for example.

I've listened to Dave's radio show and he's stated in no uncertain terms that he is a heterosexual man. He's also said he's glad he's had his experiences with sex, drugs, and rock because he's learned a lot in his life and those experiences have made him who he is today. So I would assume he is in touch with his masculine and feminine side but is in fact heterosexual.

Carmen and Dave have been together for five years and married in 2003, I believe. (I could be mistaken about the year they married but they HAVE been together for five years.) That's a more stable relationship than most Hollywood couples have, in all honesty.

And as far as "freaks" falling in love, I've heard the same opinion of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne and they've been together and happy for many years, which, again, is more than can be said for numerous Hollywood couples. I definately wish those two couples all the luck and happiness in the world and hope they have a long and happy marriage.
