<description>Believe it or not, &lt;i&gt;GTO&lt;/i&gt; is actually the &lt;b&gt;third&lt;/b&gt; manga series featuring Onizuka.  The first series &lt;i&gt;Shounan Junai Gumi&lt;/i&gt; features Onizuka in High School with his partner Ryuuji (whom by GTO&#039;s timeframe have grown up and is now working in a motorcycle shop with a steady girlfriend).  The second series &lt;i&gt;Bad Company&lt;/i&gt; is about how the pair first got together in Junior High.  By the strange twisted logic of Shonen Manga, Onizuka is still qualified to be an action hero (as unbelievable as it sound, Onizuka is &lt;b&gt;still&lt;/b&gt; a virgin by the end of the manga).  Oh, volume 25 is the last volume of &lt;i&gt;GTO&lt;/i&gt;.  &lt;i&gt;Shounan Junai Gumi&lt;/i&gt; ran for 15 volumes.</description>
