Michael Jackson Website

Written by Craig Lyndall
Published November 24, 2003

Michael Jackson has set up a website to defend himself with his press releases. I have taken the liberty of going through it and interpreting his statements. Anything inside the double stars (**) is my statement.

To my fans, friends and family:
**All two of the fans left and Janet.**

As you know, the charges recently directed at me are terribly serious. **Allegedly diddling boys isn't exactly a jaywalking ticket is it?** They are, however, predicated on a big lie. **A big lie that has been told by multiple children now in multiple time periods.** This will be shown in court, and we will be able to put this horrible time behind us. **Money will allow the little boys families to put it behind them as well.**

Because the charges are so serious, I hope you all will understand, on the advice of my attorneys, I will be limited in what I can say about the situation. **The only thing worse than being guilty is proving it by opening your big stupid surgically altered mouth.** There will be times when I cannot comment at all. **Through the surgical mask.** No doubt, this will be frustrating for all of us.

For that reason, I have set up this website to serve as a source of official communications on my case. **Read this biased website instead of the biased national media.** Any statement that does not appear on this website must be considered unauthorized.

You are right to be skeptical of some of the individuals who are being identified in the mass media as my friends, spokespeople, and attorneys. **My cause is so lost now that my friends (Kris Kross and Macauley Culkin) are abandoning me in record numbers.** With few exceptions, most of them are simply filling a desperate void in our culture that equates visibility with insight. **Have you seen the documentaries about me?** We will not engage in speculation. **Mostly because it has all been said since the last time I paid off a victim.** We will not provide running commentary on every new development or allegation du jour. **Who has the time?** We intend to try our case in the courtroom, not in the public or the media. **We have already lost the battle in the media anyway.**

I thank you all for your support and understanding.

God bless you,
Michael Jackson
**Alleged Child Diddler**

Understandable though it may be, there's a lot of intense anti-Jackson talk. It's good to have a source to go to for HIS side of the story, however skeptical we might reasonably be of it.

#2 — November 24, 2003 @ 16:49PM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

It is a case that has absolutely no impact on my life what-so-ever. You are right that it is a good thing for him to fight the battle in public, but I am not sure anything will do any good at this stage. Just fun to poke fun at him.

#3 — November 24, 2003 @ 17:33PM — Jason

Too bad he didn't discuss his attempt to flee to South America, and then his demand of chicken before flying.

I'm cutting cable teevee but he ever goes to trial, and it's available on Canadian teevee, I'll hook it back up.

#4 — November 24, 2003 @ 17:58PM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

Kind of makes you forget that he has a music career.

#5 — November 24, 2003 @ 18:07PM — jadester

music? career? you sure?

#6 — November 24, 2003 @ 18:11PM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

Yeah I guess you are right.. I should use the past tense.

#7 — November 24, 2003 @ 18:31PM — TDavid [URL]

I heard at one point that his attorneys were "negotiating his giving up to the police"

Last time I heard, if there is a warrant out, there is no negotiating, it is do not pass go, go directly to jail.

The negotiations must have gone well because he was booked, he posted (10% of his) bail and he got out rather quickly. Seemed like a guy who was bothered with a momentary inconvenience rather than answering serious child molestation accusations. Not even a half day or evening in jail?

And what's up with posting 10% of bail to get out? I thought the point was you posted 100% of bail? If your bail is set to three million then shouldn't you actually need three million to get out? No ... not MJ, he is able to post $300,000, which maybe this 10% rule is some common bail technicality, I don't know.

Nothing seems normal for Michael Jackson these days.

#8 — November 24, 2003 @ 19:54PM — Eric Olsen

TD, 10% is the norm, that's what bail bonds dicks do. $10 in cash and rest has to be "secured," which Jackson did with his Neverland property.

#9 — November 24, 2003 @ 20:31PM — MobyDick

Is it just me or does his signature look like a torso with a large male member sticking out? Is this subliminal?

I think PeeWee and him should "hang out" together.

#10 — November 25, 2003 @ 00:35AM — Baz [URL]

I dont think anybody should jump to any conclusions. I probably think that he didn't do anything, this is probably someone just trying to cash in on the fact that he has lost the public battle, most people doubt his intentions. In the court of law I think he will obviously win but yet still people wont believe he is inocent, which is moronic, he is not bigger than the Law, but yet he will still not realise that he shouldn't be open about the kids he has in his house..........or else the same thing will happen again.........when will the stupidity end? .......when its not profitable.

#11 — November 25, 2003 @ 10:48AM — Eric Olsen

I believe Amazon #2 is a different Michael Jackson.

#12 — November 25, 2003 @ 10:49AM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

I was hoping someone would notice that. I don't know why I thought that was so funny.

#13 — November 25, 2003 @ 11:07AM — TDavid [URL]

Malt Scotch? LOL!

#14 — November 25, 2003 @ 11:18AM — JR

"Last time I heard, if there is a warrant out, there is no negotiating, it is do not pass go, go directly to jail."

That just applies to us regular folk. LAPD shut down a whole fucking freeway during the O.J. Simpson "negotiations". He used the same stunt Sherrif Bart pulled on Rock Ridge.

#15 — November 26, 2003 @ 12:10PM — janelle

I don't care what nobody say's but Im going to say what I think. Michael Jackson did molest the two boys because: 1. He gave the first boy in 96 20 million dollars to drop the case.
2. He thinks there is nothing wrong with little boys sleeping in his bed.
3. He is obessed with children
4. This is his 2nd time being charged with this crime.

I think Michael Jackson should be punishment no matter how much money he have to get out of jail. They should lock him up and throw away the key for what he have done. This does not have any thing to do with money. How the little boy's parents want money out of him. I know he is famous but, he can't get away with this the 2nd time.

#16 — November 26, 2003 @ 12:15PM — Eric Olsen

I believe Janelle exactly represents the prevailing opinion of the greater public on this - it doesn't bode well for the King of Pop.

#17 — November 26, 2003 @ 12:35PM — Natalie Davis [URL]

Eric, we would disagree on the use of the word "greater." "Larger," perhaps.

#18 — December 18, 2003 @ 22:20PM — Joune

Michael Jackson did abuse the child and I think that he should face the charges no matter how much money he has or how famous he is. His career is basically over. I do not think he should get unsupervised visitations with his own children either.

#19 — December 21, 2003 @ 02:49AM — Charlie

My guess is that Jackson is being blackmailed. The fact that the family of the boy say they are not filing a civil suit does not mean that there is not a ton of money to be made on this. I just find it hard to picture that Jackson is *that* crazy to pull something like this, given the history.

Michael Jackson is someone who has everything one could ever dream of. His hard working achievement has shown world, no matter black or white if God is with someone no one can get in control over, let people try as hard as they can to put Michael down. Michael is Careing, Loving, Forgiving and a Humble person. People just cant bear to see one black guy have so much more than them, "Bad Luck People". Why cant anyone help a child, keep in bedroom and taking care of all night sleeping on floor? I would do, I suppose anyone could have done it, only needs a clear heart and a Love just like a brother, father. Does judgment is only for Michael, how about others who actually sexually involved and abusing children, where are these people? can they bring all them on TV, can they all be drag to the court? No because they are not Michael, rich, talented, famouse. I feel sorry for people who are really after bringing Michael down. One thing they dont know is, they cant take Michael from peoples heart where Michael has been staying and will be. We Know Michael you are honest and Faithful because you have God with you. God Bless You and you will win this battle as you always have been.

#22 — January 5, 2004 @ 17:21PM — Pastor Clive Frnk

Michael, I grew up listening to your music. I read and know of most of your past. Its time to put the past behind, take care and responsibility of your life and make a change. I am not referring to any of the recent happenings but talking about a change to serve the Man above all men(Jesus). He will always be there for you. Talk to him.

#23 — January 5, 2004 @ 20:55PM — HW Saxton Jr.

You may just be on to something there
Pastor Clive.Maybe Michael should find
religion.Maybe even become a priest. It certainly seems he has the background for it.

#24 — January 9, 2004 @ 15:59PM — R.Jervis1

Why would Michael want to associate with Farakan? Farakan slandered Michael as a sissified, gerry curled person. (in the clip I saw on the news)

Also, Michael has never in his entire career ever said anything good or otherwise about the Nazi's...when Farakan has called Hitler a good German.

What has the Nation of Islam done to Michael...have they taken over?

MICHAEL JACKSON IS THE BEST SINGER EVER HE IS MY FAVORITE!I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYBODY SAYS I LOVE HIM AND I HOPE TO EVEN GET TO MEET HIM ONE DAY HE IS THE GREATEST I LOVE VERY VERY VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

#26 — January 13, 2004 @ 08:09AM — Eric Olsen

Michael Jackson is a great singer and entertainer - that's part of why this whole thing is so tragic.

#27 — January 13, 2004 @ 12:28PM — Sharon R. Boyd

I am writing this note in support of Michael and his upcoming court case. I don't believe in my heart that Michael likes children sexually or that he is gay. I believe that he has been marked by some people to be destroyed. I believe that people want someone else to take his place and get the fame. No matter what, no one could ever take Michael's place in the music world and in my life. I am a 55 year old woman and my grandchildren just love Michael. I only wish he could come to Detroit and Cininnati and see some of the under privledged children who wont take advantage of his good heart. We including me would love to see Michael Jackson in Detroit and interact with our children.

#28 — January 16, 2004 @ 08:37AM — Lee Stuart

I'm saddened and really disappointed at the accusations against Michael, but then again, I must not be surprised. I've been and still are a big fan of Michael and the rest of the Jackson family. But when all I see is Michael with all of these White kids and having mixed babies as if he's forgotten who and where he came from, it truly bothers me. Stay black, we are the most compassionate people of all races. Whenever his butt is in trouble, no one speaks louder and gives more support, than we do. I don't say this as person that is racist, but just look at him. He practically changed his color to be something that he's not, white. I too have mixed kids and family members, but I would never try to bleach my skin or be embarrassed to have kids from my own. Especially if I didn't conceive them through natural sexual intercourse. I'm sorry, but I'm indeed perplexed by his total disconnect. Please come back to where you belong. You have fans all over the world rootin and tootin for you....Take a sabatical and come back with, "Say it loud, I'm black and I'm proud". Now I don't hear or see this from you, Mike. You remember, James Brown and Sammy Davis Jr. (who to my dismay, also (according to his latest posthumous autobiography) had a problem with his skin color as well). Come back, man, come back.....we love you.

#29 — January 16, 2004 @ 08:48AM — Eric Olsen

Lee, though I don't necessarily "support" Michael in his current troubles - if he's innocent, great, if not fry him - I am very pleased to see someone address the matters you do. Jackson's cynical embrace of the black community in times of trouble, and only in times of trouble, is as opportunistic as it is obvious.

#30 — January 16, 2004 @ 14:32PM — Bouboulina

Dear Michael,

I grew up listening to you and I am totally appauled by what the Mafia has accused you of.

We all know why they are doing this......it is because of the Beatles Catalog! DO NOT GIVE UP OR GIVE BACK THE CATALOG! HMMMMM......TO PISS OF THE MAFIA.....SELL IT TO A MUSLIM KING ARAB OIL FAMILY!

WHOM EVER IT IS ACCUSING YOU OF MOLESTATION.....WE NEED TO HANG THAT PERSON.......THAT PERSON MUST COME OUT OF THE CLOSET AND SHOW HIS FACE SO WE THE PEOPLE CAN ATTACK HIM FOR ALL HIS LIES!

KEEP STRONG AND MAY GOD WATCH OVER YOU!

Sincerly,

Bouboulina

#31 — January 16, 2004 @ 20:54PM — Ann

Why do you people not look at the facts? Where is your BRAIN? WE are supposed to be living in a free, just country, unlike other unjust terrorist, evil, countries. We are supposed to be not guilty until proven guilty. Why are you not REALLY concerned about that in the Case of Michael Jackson. Is it so much easier to accuse and Judge? It is really easier to love and not judge.. But you have judged so long and most people do-- right--and you kind of fit in then..YOU MAKE ME SICK!!! This man could be innocent. Let's look at some facts---He helped children for a long time---children he has never met and will never meet. He did that out of the kindness of his heart. He didn't have to. At the expense of millions of dollars to him. He truly appears to love people and that love draws people to him, because it is real love.

#32 — January 16, 2004 @ 21:29PM — HW Saxton Jr

OH Bouboulina!!!!!,those nice gentlemen
in the white jackets are here with your
medications and they would like to see
you just as soon as you're done talking
to that rainbow........................
UMMMM,let's see if I've got this thing
straight.Michael Jackson has pissed off
the Cosa Nostra by his refusing to give
up ownership of the Beatles catalogue.
So,to extract revenge upon him,the evil
forces that be have somehow concocted a
nefarious scheme to bring about charges
of Child Molestation upon him to teach
him a lesson?

Craig Lyndall you are a fool. And you deserve to go to hell along with all the other people who try to slander Michael Jackson, although they don't know him.

Craig as far as I know you had a little thing for doing little boys yourself.

See how it feels to be accused of something that's not true Craig.

How dare u insert those insulting comments between the lines of Michael Jackson's statment to his fans on his website.

There is a God u know and while u may get away with your shit now . When u die u have to answer to God for everything u did.

This is for Saxton Jr. I am a Catholic. Most priests do not molest children...Get the facts straight...

#36 — January 18, 2004 @ 13:25PM — Eric Olsen

My God, I hope "most priests" don't molest children, but a shocking percentage have - one is too many, and the policy of institutional cover-up has protected the guilty and perpetuated the behavior for what, hundreds of years?

#37 — January 18, 2004 @ 16:35PM — HW Saxton Jr

Ann,Where did I say that "MOST" priests
are molesters??? Don't put words in my
mouth.And my facts are straight,darling.
Given the amount of priests that've been
investigated,charged and also convicted
of molestation as of late and the great
lengths that the CATHOLIC church has
gone to to conceal and to protect these
sick ass boyfuckers(in the Southwestern
city that I live in, a priest convicted
last year on multiple counts of child
abuse & molestation had been having teen
aged boys pose as Jesus Christ on the
cross while he fellated & whipped them,
lovely scenario,isn't it?)I don't think
I'm going too far out on a limb by my
implying in a wisecrack (and that's all
it was,just a wise crack,not a sweeping
indictment of the Catholic faith)that
there are child molesters in the priest
hood.Obviously,the problem is not just
limited to the Catholic church.Just as
fucked up and equally disturbing is the
lengths that the Catholic church has
gone to to cover up and protect many of
these vile,mentally diseased degenerate
bastards. It seems to me that the church should want to weed these sick fucks out
rather than try to cover up for them,if
they were concerned about protecting the
"good name" of the church.Had Joe Schmo
down the street committed the same acts
he would have been very rightfully fried
faster than you can say an "Our Father",
yet so many of these priests were merely
slapped on the wrist and shuffled around
to various parishes and dioceses to do it again and again and again and again.
So you're "Catholic",so what? A lot of
people(myself included)were raised to be
"Catholic" but yet, they are still able
to acknowledge the fact that there is a
HUGE problem in the Catholic church and
that there are many priests who deserve
to be punished for these utterly vile &
filthy acts.Unfortunately,there are way
too many priests who will never face any
punishment thanks in part to the efforts
(highly organized efforts)on behalf of
the"Catholic" faith to cover these up
whenever possible.That said Ann,I have
just two words for you and they are not
"Dominus Vobiscum".

DEAR MIKE ,

I KNOW IN MY HEART THAT YOU ARE INNOCENT. BECAUSE YOU HAVE TOO MUCH LOVE TO GIVE AND TOO MUCH HEART AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS. AND YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD AND ALL CHILDREN OF GOD ARE LOVED IN EVERY WAY.

YOU ARE SPECIAL AND LOVED BY MANY. WHAT IS WRONG ITH THE WORLD AND SOME OF THE PEOPLE IN IT IS THAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE THING S YOU DO AND HAVE DONE FOR THEM AND HOW WELL RESPECTED YOU ARE. AND THE KEY POINT OF IT ALL IS YOU ARE NOT LIKE THEM AND YOU HAVE MONEY THAT YOU WORKED HARD FOR AND EARNED SINCE YOU WERE A CHILD.

THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD THAT DONT WANT TO WORK FOR THERE THINGS, THEY WOULD RATHER AQUSCE AND INNOCCENT "BLACK" MAN OF A CRIME THAT THEY AND THE WORLD KNOW HE (YOU) DID NOT DO. BECAUSE OF WHAT "MONEY".

BUT AS THE SAYING GOES MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. IN THIS CASE THE EVIL WILL BE DESTROYED.

BUT YOU MIKE WILL BE ALL RIGHT BEACUSE YOU COME FROM A STRONG BACK ROUND AND FAMILY WHO STICK TOGETHER AND MOST OF ALL YOU HAVE GOD IN YOUR LIFE AND GOD IS THE KEY TO EVERYTHING. HE IS THE ONE TO EITHER MAKE OR BREAK YOU. AND HE HAS NOT BROKE YOU YET, AND HE WILL NOT BREAK YOU, SO DONT LET THE EVIL PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD BREAK YOU DOWN.

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP AND KEEP ON PRAYING. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL FOREVER ALWAYS BE IN MY PRAYERS.

GOD BLESS AND HUGS/KISSES

SINCERELY, T.CARTER

I hear Ted Bundy and Adolf Hitler have huge supportive fan clubs also. Adolf was a pretty good painter. Does a creative talent in any way absolve a person of their crimes? Just because you like someones work doesn't mean you know anything about them. Get that through your heads people. See Occam's Razor. (the simplest answer is usually correct)

#44 — January 20, 2004 @ 11:08AM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

These people are all insane. I am glad they don't know me. I would hate to run into one of these people at the grocery store. I am sure they would corner me and yell at me in their crazy rampages which are broken by the distraction of their strangely intense emotion for a guy who probably hasn't done nearly enough to earn this amount of devotion. Plus, what happened to the old adage of "what have you done for me lately?" Why does this not apply to Michael Jackson?

#45 — January 20, 2004 @ 21:05PM — Ann

To Mr. Saxton--Not a nice Attitude for someone brought up Catholic. We are called to forgive 70x7--to be like God ,even if a certain priest is not good like he is supposed to be.You nor I or innocent Catholic Priests will be judged by God for the sins of priests who did wrong. I have met many priests who heard my confession and forgave me for sins that I feel I would have gone to hell for. Those who are forgiven much--love much. Not one priest ever acted immoral to me or in front of me.

#46 — January 20, 2004 @ 22:09PM — Ann

#48 — January 20, 2004 @ 22:59PM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

Oh dear. Have you ever had someone on your side in an argument, and you wished they were on the opposite side because they weren't very helpful at all? That is how I feel now.

#49 — January 21, 2004 @ 00:04AM — HW Saxton Jr

Ann,In as far as the amount of priests
that have been, are & most likely will in
the future be embroiled in molestation
cases I feel that as a non-practicing
Catholic that I have as much right,if
not more than most to criticize the
problem.This is certainly nothing new
to the RC faith and should seriously be
examined to ascertain what can be done
to help solve this and the other serious
problems facing the church currently.
Perhaps,Catholic priests should be given
the option to marry.I feel this could
only be of great advantage for both the
parishes and parishioners.If RC priests
were allowed to marry,I feel that the
many insights, not to mention virtues
such as selfless love, patience and the
openmindedness that come with marriage
& the raising of children could be of
benefit to them.Certainly it could not
hurt.As for forgiveness for priests(or
anyone else)convicted of the crime of
Sexual Molestation,most absolutely not.
I personally feel you have to draw the
line somewhere in regards to these men
and I just can't forgive them under any
circumstances.God may forgive them,but I
am not god and I can't.

#53 — January 21, 2004 @ 13:48PM — Mac Diva [URL]

That you opened the door to all that followed, Craig. Michael Jackson isn't me or some other obsure blogger for Chrissakes. If you are going to write something like this about him, expect fallout. Things get even stranger on the other Jackson thread.

BTW, you all, I was browsing Atom Films last night and came across this doozy, "Michael's Lost Interview."

I am not endorsing it, but believe the producers zeroed in on why Jackson may be his own worst enemy.

Got it. We used to say someone must have stepped in shit if they got lucky, meaning that they had payed their karmic dues and their fortunes must be on an upswing. Anyway, the Michael Jackson topic is way more of a big emotional mess than I ever would have imagined.

I dont believe that micheal Jackson did that to theose kids. If he Really did do that things to those little kids dont you think that they would have found out and convited him already. i dont want to believe that he did and i wont belive it because i really like him and he is and will always be my favorite singer i am 16 male and i live in INDIANA.

#63 — February 9, 2005 @ 14:22PM — Aaman [URL]

You're lucky Indiana is so far from Neverland.

#64 — February 9, 2005 @ 14:24PM — Eric Olsen

although he puts in the occasional visit to the ancestral home for court appearances and the like

#65 — February 9, 2005 @ 14:25PM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

Aaman, don't you mean INDIANA.

Seriously though, if you haven't read Eric's profile of Michael Jackson and his oddity-filled life, you should go read that. I can't find the link right now, but I think Eric also did it for MSNBC.

#66 — February 9, 2005 @ 14:27PM — Eric Olsen

thanks Craig, there are all kinds of Jackson posts linked from the current master post here. It goes back aout a year

I was just wondering, as a Canadian trying to understand the American judicial system, is ther not a charge of sexual interference of a child on the books somewhere? I does not neccesarily need to involve actual molestation but certainly covers blatant inappropriate behavior.

Hello Micheal,
I am very happy for what the outcome has been. I do not know if you will ever read this, but I own a Dance School. We have recently held our Recital and it was dedicated to you. All of the girls were so happy to perform to your music.Even though they had not grown up with your music they sure loved it.
If you read this please know that even in Canada we believe, and are there for you.

#69 — June 14, 2005 @ 09:37AM — Craig Lyndall [URL]

Even in Canada? Wow.

#70 — June 14, 2005 @ 09:39AM — Eric Olsen

and here I just read something about Canadians being even less interested in Jackson's music than Americans

I would like tell to those ones who hurt Michael with their bad words that they take a look at themselves before !!! michael have never hurt you,so just leave him alone !! thank you !

i love michael jackson i'm like your best fan

#74 — April 2, 2007 @ 02:12AM — Rachel Martinez

I think that Janelle - #15 is just jealous of what Michael Jackson has. She is so judgemental. Janelle, Do you even know Michael? I have had experience with Michael and I know that he is not a child molester.

"Before I would hurt a child, I would slit my wrists" ~ Michael Jackson

Michael is a devout christian and will never think of hurting a child. You may be thinking, "How do you know?" I know because Michael is a very honest person. Why would Michael lie? And Janelle, How would "you" know that Michael is guilty? Do you have proof? Would you say it right to Michael's face? I doubt it.

Some people think that Michael Jackson is gay just because of his high voice. I have a high voice, am I gay? No!

Michael loves everyone, no matter what they say about him. You guys need to quit saying apalling lies about Michael? Have you ever thought that you might be believing in a lie? I would think before I say and act? You might be laughing at me and Michael, but someday Michael is going to have the last laugh.

I will always believe in you, Michael! I want you to know that whenever you feel down or hurt, always remember that you still have us (your fans and friends) that love you.

Michael, I love you because you first loved me!

Jesus loves you!

God Bless You,

Rachel Martinez

I'm sorry, but if you lot are making stupid ridiculous comments about Michael Jackson that are nasty and just plain horrible, then you should really go and get a life. Yes, there have been times that Michael hasn't exactly been perceived in the public eye as well as he could have been, but so what? He is innocent, and the only reason you lot slag him off is to make your sad boring little lives a little bit more interesting for yourselves, you're so jealous of his talent that it probably breaks you when you realise how many fans that he's got who love and support him. You really should go and sort yourselves out before you go start slagging Michael Jackson off. And as for his music career? It's still going strong, but you spiteful nasty people probably hate that fact. Well, tough shit! Michael will always be the true King Of Pop, Rock and Soul. Go sort yourselves out, you really need to...
