Evanescence cancel tour

So will Evanescence still be together by the end of the year. Singer Amy Lee seemed in buoyant mood at the American Music Awards at the weekend saying the sudden departure of co-founder and guitarist Ben Moody had strengthened the band, and hinting that fill-in guitarist Terry Balsamo may join the band in the studio in the New Year.

But speculation that there were still problems in the Evenescence camp grew
yesterday when 12 American shows were cancelled leading to speculation about
the rest of the band's tour. No official line as yet on the cancellation or if the American dates will be rescheduled.
