Damon does lo-fi solo vinyl LP

Damon Albarn has said that a limited edition vinyl-only solo album he plans
to release next year will be the "lowest lo-fi record ever". The new album, called 'Democrazy', will include demos recorded by Albarn in hotel rooms while touring the US earlier this year. Albarn reckons: "It's the lowest lo-fi record ever. It deconstructs everything the music industry has built up. But I thought it would be interesting to let people hear a side to the music-making process they never get to hear."
The album is released on 24 Nov. Albarn will perform a one-off solo concert in London on 22 Dec.
