Jim Walter Homes, a low-cost Tampa home builder, just broke its record for the time it takes in building a new home.
The new record, formerly at 84 days, is now at 38. It's always good to know a builder is available who can both meet and exceed demand.

At Jim Walter Homes they built me a house that was built like a kids tree house. Its the worse butcher work I've ever seen. Almost 3 years and I'm still not satisfied or in my house. You can view pictures of this disaster at my site and decide for yourself.
