It'll be 2004 before the Spector murder case goes to court. With police
investigations completed in September. it was expected that Spector would go
into court this month to face those allegations surrounding the death of
B-movie actress Lana Clarkson at the legendary producer's Californian home
last February. But now the hearing has been pushed back into the New Year
and Spector's bail extended to 9 January. All sides apparently agreed to the
delay, although it is unclear whether the prosecution or defense counsel asked for the extension.

Spector is accused of killing Clarkson at his California home back in February. Spector denies the allegations claiming the actress committed suicide, however the sheriff's report submitted in September concluded it was Spector who pulled the trigger.
