Roorback
Sepultura
(SPV)

Some suggested that when Max left, Sepultura was finished. The band obviously were and have limped along with their new singer, Derrick Green, who although talented never really found his feet with the band. It might have been a good idea if the band relaunched itself with a new name, ala Audioslave. Roorback should finally silence the critics (including this one). The band have launched their new deal with SPV with a roaring CD. This is by far the best thing the band have produced for a very long time. It contains variety, pace, and quality all the way along. We finally get to hear that Derrick actually has lots more range and breadth in his singing ability. It's not just grunt and growl on here. If you stopped listening to the band because of the departure of Max, give this one a chance. It's well worth the price of admission.
