Fair enough, just wanted to share the thoughts I had when I got the email.

Thanks

It doesn't have to be going to a charity as far as I'm concerned, and if it's unlicensed then publicizing it like this will alert the appropriate parties, but still caveat emptor on the shirt itself. I put it up because there seems to be a lot of interest in Smith, and I thought some of the fans might want to know, but your concerns are well taken.

Hey, Eric, I know you didn't endorse this and you probably got an unsolicited email (like I did) from the company selling them, but doesn't it seem kind of sketchy to you to allow someone to capitalize on Smith's name and his death? Correct me if I am wrong, but I didn't see the name of the charity they were donating even a portion of the proceeds to.
