Wife Becky has long been a follower of forensic doc shows like Cold Case Files, so it was probably inevitable that we'd hook into the new brand of fictional procedurals. For some reason, neither one of us has hooked into the Law and Order franchise: closest we've gotten is the new Dragnet - definitely floundering with its title change toL.A. Dragnet and focus away from Joe Friday.

I am a huge fan of the detective shows, especially those which outline the process that goes into tracking down the perpetrators. I would love to watch these shows, but Eric won't let me :(

I am resigned to watching the occasional re-run of Law and Order or NYPD when he isn't home to reprimand me.
