Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr both paid tribute to fellow Beatle George
Harrison last night at the UK premiere of a film documenting the
star-studded tribute concert staged to mark the first anniversary of his
death last year.

McCartney told reporters: "Our feelings will never change for George - we
loved the happy times and we're sad that George is gone. It's a great film,
it was a great night and it was lovely to take part in it and to be here
with all our friends. We loved him. He was a lovely man and all these
friends came together on this very special night."

On the release of the DVD, which is out on 17 Nov, Harrison's son Dhani told
reporters: "The concert was very cathartic. The grieving process doesn't
have to be a solemn affair. There were only a small amount of people that
could be in the Albert Hall so it's good that this is coming out on DVD
now."
