Interest Rate Update

Rates drop again. The 30-year mortgage average dipped to 5.98 percent, from 6.01 percent last week.

This bit of information was provided courtesy of today's St. Petersburg Times.

With rates dropping again, it's a little bit cheaper to buy a home today than it was a weak ago today, if you're financing the purchase. Of course, it'll cost a little bit more to buy one when they go up again.
