Durst gets sued
Published September 24, 2003
CMU reports:
A Minnesota based security company is suing Limp Bizkit singer Fred Durst
after he allegedly kicked one of their employees in the head during a 1999
concert. Azzone Security-Investigation Agency Inc. filed the lawsuit yesterday naming Durst, his production companies and his record labels as defendants. They want to get back the $49,663 in workers compensation they have had to pay the employee to date.
According to police reports Durst kicked security guard Patrick Estes in the
head during a concert when he mistook him for a fan that was attacking his
own personal security guard. Durst was arrested at the time but Durst
apologised and assault charges were dropped.
The company may be a little optimistic in its bid to get compensation given
the security guard himself sued Durst in 2000 and won a $100,000 payment in
an out of court settlement.

I think Fred Durst should massive amounts of compensation to everyone that's ever had to suffer through one of his songs. We too are hurt.
