<description>Will be interesting to see how this comes out. Personally I think a trademark on a common food item is sort of like putting a trademark on hyperlinks. Patent abuse.

The whole give the teacher an apple thing was around longer than The Beatles and the Mac.

Though those old 45 records with the Apple were some of the coolest 45&#039;s I&#039;ve ever seen (as far as record logos go).

If Apple starts pressing CDs or records and using Apples in the logos to sell, then maybe, &lt;i&gt;maybe&lt;/i&gt; there is a legitimate issue here. </description>
