US rapper Tah Tah, aka Tyran Moore, handed himself over to NYPD last week after a three-hour standoff at a Brooklyn apartment. The MC is a suspect in a shooting of a police captain that took place last week. Moore has in the past been linked to the alleged crack dealer and Murder Inc money-launderer Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff.
