Judges are elected in Alabama. Moore knew he could score massive points by playing to ignorance and prejudice. Furthermore, the federal judge he has been baiting is African-American -- a 'boy' outta his place, they're saying at the neo-Confederate sites. Finally, Moore has been suspended.
