No First Amendment in Oz it seems

Deicide could face being banned from having their CDs sold to minors in Australia. Attempts are being made to block their albums from being made available to children, because of violent and anti-Christian values.

The guys below are idiots, but the sentences seem a tad extreme. Sad thing is that it will probably make them heroes in the black metal underground.

Two members of US black metal band Sol Evil have been jailed for a total of 40 years after firing seven shots at Teen Challenge, an evangelical Christian drug rehabilitation centre in Santa Ana, California. The pair, Raymond Shipley and Benito Contreras received these severe sentences despite nobody being hit by the bullets.
