This is probably the only issue that I have ever felt any sympathy for Microsoft. I once read an article as to how much it costs their MSN and Hotmail departments to keep spam that nobody wants in their boxes, on their servers. It is horrendous. I received about 10 emails with the Sobig virus yesterday.
