Eminem's alleged schoolyard tormentor DeAngelo Bailey's is seeking $1 million for the injury he claims to have sustained to his reputation when Eminem slurred his name and labelled him a bully in 'Brain Damage'. Two years after the lawsuit was originally issued, Eminem is now due to appear in court in a bid to have it thrown out.

Sing the chorus and it goes... 'I was harassed daily by this fat kid named DeAngelo Bailey/An eighth-grader who acted obnoxious, cause his father boxes/So every day he'd shove me into the lockers/And he had me in the position to beat me into submission/He banged my head against the urinal until he broke my nose/Soaked my clothes in blood, grabbed me and choked my throat."

If its true this arsehole bullied Emimen, I am glad the bastard got slagged off in a song. Hope the case gets thrown out on its ear.
