My concern was whether a part three would be necessary or even doable. I must admit, reluctantly, American Wedding truly is a final step. The movie opens with a bang or a blow so to speak but most importantly it shows a naive approach to maturity. And honestly, isnt that all of us? Jim goes through his normal periods of getting caught with his pants down and penis out and still manages to hold his head high and complete his mission. The most notable part of the story is the growth and gross of Stiffler. Anyone familiar with this franchise knows the movie isnt doing well if Stiffler doesnt consume some type of bodily fluid not fit for consumption. American Wedding is no different, although I will warn you, okay no I won't warn you.

The funniest part of the movie is when Jim (Biggs) is trying to impress his soon-to-be in-laws not knowing that his friends have planned a Bachelor Party for him(and started the party despite his absence). By the time Jim arrives in his suit and tie, sweating bullets trying to impress these people he has no clue Finch (Thomas) is in his cupboard covered in chocolate sauce, Kevin (Nicholas) is butt naked in a closet tied to a chair. Stiffler is hiding behind a curtain. A stripper in a French maids costume and a Dominitrix dressed as a Cop are sitting in the next room preparing anal balls and what only could be described as their Gay pimp walks in on Ol' Jim in a pair of Prince cut-outs, to which he keeps his bare back side from the soon to be ball and chain's (Hannigan) parents who believe him to be the butler, Mr Belvedere. Great American film, it almost brings tears to my eyes.
