Wow, this one is a whopper:

Anxiety Records is proud to announce the fourth annual Furnace Fest at the historic Sloss Furnaces cultural park in Birmingham, AL on August 15-17. Headliners include a very special reunion performance by the influential melancholy rockers HUM. This year will also feature special performances by Finch, Taking Back Sunday, Hatebreed, Andrew W.K., Further Seems Forever, Stretch Armstrong and many, many more.

Furnace Fest will be Hum's first official reunion since their untimely demise in 1999. These sovereigns of beautifully orchestrated feedback will be performing with their original line up of singer/guitarist Matt Talbott, guitarist Tim Lash, bassist Jeff Dimpsey, and drummer Bryan St. Pere for this once in a lifetime performance.

Three-day passes are available for the weekend as well as single day passes. Each day will commence at 11AM and go until 1AM. Sunday's show is scheduled to end at 8PM. For lodging, directions, ticket sales and more info go to:
    furnacefest.com

Video cameras will not be allowed at any time during the fest. Still cameras will be allowed throughout the festival.

    Furnace Fest is located at:
    20 32nd Street North
    Birmingham, AL 35222-1236

    BANDS:

I love HUM, would go just to see them, but the rest of it sounds like an ear-bleeding delight as well. Too bad I'm a Yankee.
