<description>The one problem with consumers pushing back is that they are a fragmented group.  That works to the RIAA&#039;s advantage in this case because there is virtually no way for the consumers to consolidate power and mobilize.  In a situation like this, a massive pushback will not be without its martyrs who will take the brunt for the group.  I know I am not willing to do it for my own selfish reasons.</description>
