Since I was responsible for posting the bogus story in the first place, here is a CNN Story on the Metallica lawsuit.
No word yet from 411 Mania, which is where I picked the story up. I have emailed the original author and the founder/publisher and neither one deemed me worthy of a response, even when I passed on the link to the piece I did yesterday slamming their site.

Hahahaha. Bleeding egdge . . . funny, it doesn't feel that way living in Edmond, OK with two kids, a mortgage, 2 dogs and a car payment. I feel so white and middle class that it hurts.
