Yeah the lid cd is a great idea. That's how i found out about Rachel Farris. Which is one of my top favorite music artists. All of her songs are great, she puts her hear t and soul into every track, that at the end of the album you feel like you know her. And she is one of the very and i mean very few who actually write to her fans. And i'm not talking about a chainletter or a stock letter, she reads the e-mail (her e-mail is on her website) and personally writes back! How cool is that?! I was lucky enough to meet her last year at her 6 Flags concert, and she knew who i was by the e-mails, so i know she really does write to her fans. I hope you read this Rachel Farris because you ROCK! And i can't wait untill you go back on tour

I saw a movie and got the CD in the lid and I couldn't help thinking to myself that whoever came up with this idea is a genius because there are so many people there and they are always complaining about overpriced drinks and what nots but now you get this great mini CD and the preview of her music before the music gives you a reason to either choose to go home listening to it or not. It makes much of the world very aware of her whether they decide to like her or not and that's every artist's dream - to be known...

ok, i got one of these yesterday when i got a soda at Finding Nemo. The lid has two part, with a hinge, and it pries appart simularly to a donut carton. It stays in there nice and secure until you're ready to take it out.

pretty darn ingenious.

peace.

That is a great idea. I'm sure the movie agreed to front a good chunk of the money as it sounds like the film is getting promoted, too.

Free CD? Yeah that's almost as good as a free cool soda in Arizona.

Piece :)

OPT - on purpose typo

I'm just wondering how they'll keep the CD in working form. Is it going to be wrapped in plastic? I mean moister has a tendency to build around a ice cold drink.

that's an awesome idea. I would not mind buying a soda, then finding a free cd in the lid. It would make my day. haha.

I believe she is the younger sister of Save Ferris. I always thought Save was such a cool first name, but I always had to ask "Which one's Save?"
