Harry Potter - Worth It?

Well, thank you very much for the fifth installment of the wildly popular Harry Potter books. I finished mine last night. Much hype (not to mention the circus that was release night....) has surrounded this book and the question that comes to mind, of course, is "Was it worth it?"

Sort of. It's a very well-written and fairly fast paced book. If you get by the fact that it took 3 years to write and release after a cliff-hanger ending, you can truly enjoy this book. It has the right mixture of suspense and action to keep a fan of the series interested for at least a couple of reads. There are very few plotline surprises and it fails to live up to the twists and turns of the fourth book.

It was a very enjoyable read but it simply left me waiting for more. I know our opinions won't matter in the long run, but I hope that we don't have to wait another three years for the next installment.
