There's a series of CDs and tapes published by Brain Sync that have helped me tap into my creativity, and aided my meditation practice as well.

Roughly, they have New-Agey music on them, which you can hear, and a disguised track, known as a binaural beat, that entrances your own brain waves into the desired mental state. I know, it sounds goofy, but they are for real.

The Increase Creativity tape helps you produce the theta brain wave rhythm which is known to correspond with the creative mind. So does Deep Meditation, and Sound Sleep helps Julie get to bed when her mind is racing [it produces delta waves, associated with sleep].
