love, love, love this movie. for a vinyl freak like me, it was just a blast (the book is great too). the reorganization of the record collection in troubled times definitely hit home....and i saw maybe a little too much of myself in jack black's character when he berated that customer's bad taste in music. ]]>

What makes this movie on DVD is the freeze-frame moments (check the record labels) and the out-takes. I especially love the scene where Rob goes to buy singles. ]]>

I'll have to say John Cusak is quite a good chooser of movies. Can't say I've seen a single bad movie that he's been in (I haven't seen Serendipidy). ]]>
