Our first issue of Architectural Digest coincided with the mag's Great Design Issue and the variety of form and finish is intoxicating.

Granted, AD can often be celebrity-heavy and suffocating with the brocade, but there is plenty of open and modern design represented as well.

There was a good, if short, article on the new Frank Gehry-designed George Ohr ceramics museum that is being built in Biloxi, Mississippi. That led me to read a little bit more about the potter, who was only discovered by the art world decades after his death in 1918. Visit the museum's Website here.
