Field Day Fest Verdict, The Birds won. Concert Promoter fought to the end, even filing for an injunction in Islip, NY court. Concert's "major acts" such as Radiohead and Beastie Boys to reschedule and relocate to Giants Stadium. Original 2 day fest passes not honored. New tickets go on sale at 5:00 at Ticketmaster. Original refunds at place of purchase.
