Vocalist Matt Barlow has left Iced Earth. He intends to study for a degree in Criminal Justice, and then to pursue a career in law enforcement administration, All of which leaves the band in something of a hiatus, They plan to find a new singer as soon as possible, so that work on the album "The Glorious Burden" may be finished.
