Of course I think punitive damages should also be charged.  Like all the scum sucking idiots should line up, bend over and we each get a chance to kick them in the butt and stuff like that.  They would also have to explain the whole &quot;American Idol&quot; thing, why it is so wrong, and get down on their knees and beg, plead for forgiveness for their foisting such drivel on the individual and collective psyche of the world.  They then can slink off to back under the rocks from which they came.

<description>Well, it&#039;s better than nothing.  I wish they were giving out refunds based on how many CDs you own, because I think they owe me BIG TIME!  I own 1400 CDs and have owned many, many thousands more (eliminated due to trading them in on new ones over the past 15 years.)  $12.60 comes out to roughly $0.009 per currently owned CD for me.  I guess it&#039;s fair - it&#039;s probably about what the artists get per CD from the labels!</description>
